23rd Speedy Stride Kids District Athletics Championship
The 23rd Speedy Stride Kids District Athletics Championship took place on November 29th and 30th, 2023, organized by the District Athletics Association Ghaziabad at RKG Global School, managed by Shri Raj Kumar Goel Group of Institutions. Dr. Rakesh Goel, the director of RKGITM, was the guest of honour, and school group director, Dr. Satyendra Kumar, and principal, Mrs. Shilpashree T.R encouraged and also provided the assistance to the event. The general secretary of D.A.A.G, Mr. Likhi Ram Chaudhary, assisted in conducting athletics events for classes 1 to 8.
The event commenced with the inaugural address and torch lighting ceremony, Balloon releasing ceremony. Various competitions such as the 100m race, 50m race, 80m race, long jump, standing broad jump, Cosco ball throw, shotput, javelin throw, etc., were held over two days. Winners of each event received certificates and medals. The Chairman, Shri Dinesh Kumar Goel, congratulated the winners and encouraged students for their future endeavors, marking the successful conclusion of the mega event.
